In the entire time I've had my medical needs handled by the VA in Rutland I've been impressed by the professionalism of all the personnel working at that facility. The same holds true for the staff I've met with in White River Junction.
The VA is a joke! My husband served his country honorably. He's been trying to get an appointment for a month. He was finally given an appointment only to be called by someone the night before the appointment to say that they didn't have any available and he would need to reschedule. Thankfully our service men and women don't conduct themselves this way! We would be speaking a different language!!! Do better Veterans Affairs!! Do better!

I've been there twice. The receptionist is abrupt and hateful. One of the nurses that does the check-in's is very hateful. My last appointment was a month ago and I still haven't received my medications. So my advice is to just stay away from them.
