They don't follow through. If you can get them to show up to your job, you have already gotten lucky. Then if you have a warranty issue or a minor thing that they need to correct, they wont return to do it. Communication is a big problem for them. Good luck. I would not recommend using them unless you want to leave messages that are never returned. Or be told "I'll get to it next week" for a year straight.
