How dare you. I never saw you after the procedure, you didn't review anything with me, even though I told you my concerns up-front and told you I would have questions afterward. Evidently you think it is 0K to just quickly go over the highlights for my spouse while I was still fully under anesthesia, then have the nurse hurry us out as soon as she woke me. I’m not one to leave reviews, good or bad, but I have never been so frustrated with a Doctor office before. It’s unfortunate because while Doctor Padival is a great doctor, his office staff is passive aggressive, never answers their phone, and never returns calls or voicemails. The ONLY way to get in contact with them is over MyChart messages. It’s a very slow back and forth and when trying to schedule an appointment with them, they refer me back to their office number. I have fistulizing Crohn’s disease, and had 5 surgeries... read more
Update (a month after the original review) Dr Padival found an active ulcer in my wife during a colonoscopy. His office still hasn’t pushed through her new medication for 3 months and won’t even answer the phone. This morning she got admitted to the ER for a flare up of the ulcer causing intense pain and was also found to have an active fistula tract. Excellent doctor horrible staff. Padival himself is phenomenal - kind, knowledgeable, makes us feel cared for. His staff, on the other hand, is *astonishingly* bad. My wife has severe Crohn’s and literally cannot get in contact with them. No exaggeration whatsoever. We were told months ago *by Doctor Padival* that she needed a new medication ASAP and he’d get his office on it. Not only have they not even pushed it through to insurance, they haven’t answered the phone more than one time in 5 months of care. And they NEVER cal... read more
