They did a horrible job .i asked something else and she did want she wanted.
DO NOT GO! I went to do my hair & they did a horrible job. I asked for one thing and she completely regarded it and did her own. I told her I was not happy with her work and instead of taking accountability she blamed me.
I wish I could say I was satisfied with my experience here, but I left in tears after my request was overlooked. I was excited for a new hairstyle, but it turned out poorly. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to consider their options.
I’ve been doing my hair at Ruth’s for about 30 years and we have become family because they welcome you as if!!! 🥰🥰🥰
