I live in Tennessee but regularly visit Panama City Beach. I purchased a new-to-me 2008 Ultra Classic Hack in 2024 . I went to Ruthless to purchase a lock for my front wheel rotor . Instead of selling me something I didn't need the owner patiently listened to my explanation of the problem as I saw it . Visiting from out of town and needed a clutch lever for our '86 FXRS. The HD shop laughed, then referred us to Ruthless. Bernie had one and helped install it 30 mins later. Super friendly guy and even took time to talk about the best places to ride in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone with older rides in the area. Very reasonable $ and knowledgeable.
