Took my 78 shovelhead in for cam, pushrods and lifters along with neck bearing replacement. Bernie went above and beyond on the install, tuning, and addressing some other small leaks and issues while it was there. Bike has never ran better. I can't recommend them enough.
Over here you'll learn great things like, black guns matter, and also what a good price on shop work looks like. Definitely recommend these folks over here. I shopped the two Harley Davidson dealers and here at Ruthless they delivered what the dealers could not, at a better price.
I live in Tennessee but regularly visit Panama City Beach. I purchased a new-to-me 2008 Ultra Classic Hack in 2024 . I went to Ruthless to purchase a lock for my front wheel rotor . Instead of selling me something I didn't need the owner patiently listened to my explanation of the problem as I saw it . Turns out I didn't know how to properly use the stock securement system my bike came with . He took the time to teach me more about this bike .
