Clearly has decades of experience, but that doesn’t translate to professional transparency with new clients. I texted them photos well in advance, yet they weren’t honest about the style being outside their wheelhouse. Usually a barber/salon would tell you upfront that they don’t feel comfortable doing something they don’t know how to do. I had a lot of hair to work with, and she should be ashamed honestly. It’s disappointing to have my time and trust wasted by someone who well respected.
