Extremely disappointed. Had our property listed with Rutherfords with exclusive rights for 180 days. Damian does not answer phone calls and did not contact us once with any sort of feedback or change of strategy to get the place rented. Had a potential tenant come through by chance. He told us he had contacted Rutherfords with multiple inquiries but no one got back to him. Very unprofessional.
We dealt with Anthony La Porta from Rutherfords for the sale of our families commercial property. Anthony was extremely patient with my dad who was really set on a certain deal. Anthony explained everything in detail to us and really took the time to make sure everything was completed to the highest detail. He's an amazing negotiator and got dad the deal he wanted.
