I just started going to RVC in July. The staff are very kind and compassionate with people's fur babies. They call for followup after visits. They call to update you on any procedure they are performing. I am happy we found RVC!
The receptionists here are very unfocused. They will talk about their personal lives while owners are waiting up front!! This does not make your clinic look professional.
Dr. Naguib has been my dog’s vet since getting her over ten years ago. Both my former spouse and I took our schnoodle for appointments. Dr. Naguib knows me and knows how much I love my dog. He allowed my former spouse to change all of the veterinary records to say she was the sole owner when that is not true. My ex is keeping the dog from me. I called him to appeal to him because he knows me! How can this be legal? She changed the records without my consent. I warn you against this clinic for questionable ethical decisions. ... read more
The best vet I've been to. Doctor is fantastic, he always takes great care of my cats. I also brought my dog for the emergency and they did everything very quickly and called me for every update. Staff if very caring, you can see that they genuinely love and care for all the animals.
