That manager is the most arrogant person I have ever come across. I cannot believe that Sydney Tools own this Business and have let this behaviour continue. Even after contacting them to complain about the arrogance. Steer Clear if you do not want to get abused.
Can not recommend enough. We took our caravan in due to a manufacturing issue with the jockey wheel mount, the warranty process though the van company was a nightmare so I figured I would just bite the bullet and have it looked at by a third party. Rutherford trailers got me straight in 2 days later, were incredibly efficient and had it repaired in half hour.
