Made an appointment to remove my dog’s ear stitches a week in advance, a procedure that has to be done within a 4 day time window, and they cancelled the morning of the appointment, refusing to rebook within the needed timeframe.
We have been bringing our dogs to Dr. Kahlon and Dr Puri clinic for 14 years now. Started with one dog and then 4 in total which we are happy with their care. No complaints at all. Then this past 2 months we lost 2 dogs months apart. We are devastated of course but how the staffs, Dr. Puri and Dr. Kahlon are treating us grieving paw parents very compassionate and understanding during our sorrow. Thank you all to the staffs and both Doctors for all your support, comfort, hugs and helped when we lost Coco and Bella.
Had some work on our puppy and all went well. So far, this place seems okay with pleasant staff. Have not met in persin, any vets yet. 3 star for now. Time will tell.
After getting my dogs ear cropped, we were told to come back after 10 days. Went back to the follow up appt, they took out the stitches, but as soon as I got home, they left 3 stitches in my dogs ears. I called them the next day and 1 of the staff told me that the Dr forgot to remove them and how I should remove it.. I’m not a Dr. I don’t feel comfortable to hold down my dog while he is still in the healing process. How can a Dr forget to take out a stitch from a surgical procedure. Professional much.
