Do not expect to be called back, they will act too busy for you. Called them regarding my dogs rabies vaccination and anal glands relief. Was left on hold for a total of 11 minutes and then told we would get a call back. Receptionist was super rude about the whole thing, considering she is dealing with peoples fluffy children its not appropriate behaviour & should be rectified. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My dog loves them.
Very hard to find a veterinary clinic that will crop Doberman ears. We used this vet and I would highly recommend them did an amazing job. Haven’t even started posting the ears and they’re already almost standing straight. I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff was exceptional and took care of our pup with love.
We had a great experience getting our litter of Dobermans ear cropped, the stitches were done nice and clean as well!
