Absolutely the opposite of a professional establishment. A couple years ago my son needed imaging of a growth in his groin. Doc ordered it asap. Didn't hear anything for 4 days so called the Dr again. He said he sent it here. Called them they said they didn't get any such order. After 2 hours of ridiculous runaround they miraculously found it. 2 weeks ago I took same son to Dr with blood in his urine. He ordered cat scan asap. A week later we called again.
