I walked-in on a Saturday morning. I waited about an hour (a short wait time IMO probably because it was a Saturday) and saw Dr Obasi. It was a pleasant experience, even the receptionists were nice.
I’m very disappointed with the service I received today at OpenClinic. I called ahead to check if a doctor could see me, and Julia, the receptionist I spoke with, said I could come in now. I asked if it would still be possible to see the doctor if I arrived in an hour, and she simply said, “I don’t know how it will be later.” That was the end of our conversation. Unprofessional receptionists.
In my experience, this was the most blatantly racist employee I’ve ever encountered—they treated people differently based on their background.
Seriously, 40 mins wait with an appointment, I walked out because I had something else to do. If you want to take a lunch or talk to a drug rep, don’t book someone at 11:45.
