Wonderful people
I was called yesterday and told I was due for a physical. I accepted an appointment for today and showed up only to be told I was not in the system. I at least got put into a room right away, but who knows how long I'll be waiting? More of the front desk incompetence as mentioned in a few other reviews.
My family doctor; Dr. Akin is amazing. I’ve had a lot of doctors just write me off because I’m a complicated patient. He listens to me, makes sure I understand, never rushes me and makes sure I feel heard. This clinic gets a bad rap but honestly from my experience in the Alberta health department he is a god send. Yes the front staff need to have a better way of answering phone calls, maybe more staff devoted to that task but after all no human is perfect. They do their best and I’m so glad that I found Dr. Akin.
They never answer the phone calls. Tried for whole day but no response
Do not go here, incompetent doctors. Saw Dr. Akinyele Oladimeji for a possible broken foot. After getting xrays and calling for results, he told me to go to the ER. Turns out that was completely unnecessary and I only needed an air cast which he could have told me. Instead I waited hours in an ER for no reason wasting time and valuable ER resources from others.
