I have been going here for the past 8 years, very happy with the service.
I was also charged when I got a simple test result. "Its up to the doctors discretion " Than was told" no we never bulk bill for results " All I was told over the phone was Your MRI scan came back normal there is no problem . And to make another appointment as the 2 MRI hasn't come back . When I had 2nd phone call about MRI to get results and there was something wrong and phone call went for a few minutes long to tell me the obvious. I find being CHARGED for a phone consultation just simply to get TEST RESULTS that takes 5mins not needing a script or anything else is disheartening and after being a patient for over 30yrs im done. Times before they havnt been charged and have been told they dont charge for follow ups , but when i got charged time an time again over these last few times ill be finding another practice . everytime i have an appointment and it’s at a time i make it i always wait around 20-40 mins after the time i booked for me to see my doctor and it’s ridiculous
