A 4:30 appointment turned into a 5pm appointment, staff would rather chat and mingle with other customers than stick to appointment times. Believe it or not but we all have other things going on in our day, an eye test and ordering some safety glasses for work isn't a day out for us.
My ridgged gas permeable contact lenses got stuck / lost in the back of my eye. Rutherfords saw me the same morning and rescued my eye. First class brilliant service. Thank you
Came on recommendation,and I was not disappointed. In a nutshell from arriving at my appointment, very courteous reception,very informative. And the optromitist was professional, kind , gave me all the answers to my questions. Outstanding is the word I'm looking for. Rutherford are now my new place to go to ,for my eyes.
The best place for the best advice and help. My presciption readers broke this morning. I popped in. The frames couldn't be fixed, but they found the perfect frames to fit my lenses and were able to turn this around in an hour.. I can work again!
