I been without electricity since early morning yesterday 9/27/24 . I comprehend due to storm Helene there is no power. What I don’t understand why are we kept in the dark no information on website or by phone with an estimation when will it be restored and if is going to take long the reason for it. I have had REA for many years now and have never been happier with the service I’ve been provided. Sure, there are power outages here and there during bad storms but they’ve always gotten my power back on ASAP. Even during hurricanes, my power has been restored within a couple days. Couldn’t ask for better service. I’ve been very satisfied!
Terrible. Almost always have problems with payments and all I get is attitude from this location. If I could change power companies I would.
Customer service is the worst I have ever received, including at the DMV. This morning I got a warning that they were about to cut off our power for not paying. We had no warning letter. We checked the account online and there was no bill. Our balance said 0, nothing owed. We called and checked everything with customer service to see why we hadn't gotten a bill yet and we're going straight to getting cut off. Checked the records to make sure the address, email, even social security number were correct for the account. Not on... read more
