I have been going to this dentist for over 20 years and in the last couple of years it has seen drastic change in the way the customers are treated. Who would have ever thought the most painful and uncomfortable part of the dental experience would be the attitude from the desk staff?! I've always enjoyed seeing Dr Wilke and never had a bad experience with the hygienists but watch out for the administration, they are dishonest about finances up front and then hit you with a "surprise bill" at the end.
