I went in and specifically told the receptionist that I needed a copy of my Birth Certificate with Both my Parents names on it. She got smart and said all Birth Certificates have both Parents names on them, I said No they don’t because I have one with neither of my Parents names on it. She says for $15 I’ll get one with both Parents names on it. They take my checkcard, processes it for $15, then hands me my Birth Certificate with my Mother’s name only.
