I am really hating Farm Bureau right now. They admitted they applied my auto payment to my homeowners incorrectly, then left us hanging - they said they'd fix it by sending it a letter to 'home office'. I thought it was fixed and was thankful. Then I find out by calling back to check on things that home office denied the request.
