Overall quality of construction was very good! Service requests were handled fairly in short time! Only issue I had with ARC regarding minor changes and/or upgrades to the house! My final build to Quality manager Josh was very professional, courteous and paid attention to the details that I would have otherwise missed!

Drove by over the weekend to look at some inventory homes, chatted with a couple of owners, and didn't hear a resounding yes to buy. Issues like closing homes without microwave ovens (wonder how builder managed to pass city inspection??), door issues, hvac issues, wide price gap, shady construction managers etc. I did hear some good feedback as well. Small backyards for single-family homes 20 miles away from downtown. Community location is good, grocery stores are nearby, but I'll pass.
