They patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood every detail before signing. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership for reliable and honest service.
I highly recommend this place. Chad was awesome. He got me taken care of it in my car if I have a concern or something like that, he takes care of me right away. Everyone in the office is so nice and get you taken care of as well, I’ve been very happy with my service from them if you are looking for a very good vehicle and a place that will not take advantage of you and sell you a piece of crap you need to come to this car lot. I’ve had the best experience with them and I’m just sorry I didn’t go sooner.
Chad made it easy and comfortable to get a vehicle. Worked with us, was also really kind to our children. Easy to work with and knows his stuff. He listened to my concerns and questions and put us in a vehicle that is not only perfect for me, but for my kids too. I have friends that live near me that now want me to take them to Rutherford. They want to have the same great experience I have had recently. Thank you Chad and team for making it so easy and painless to get a new SUV!
