I have to say I am so disappointed in the word Hospital in their name, my dog fell down the steps and hurt her back legs, it was 7:45 pm and I called my Vet who told me to take her to the Animal Hospital, now we all know Hospital means emergency correct, well I did that and walked in and I know there are people who are there with their pets for office visits and I am ok with that but I told the girl behind the desk who looked really confused or didn't know what "pain" means for an animal, I told her my dog fell down the step... read more
