This place looked good on paper, unfortunately it turned out to be very disappointing. The manager and owner told us what we wanted to hear but they weren’t following through with what they would tell us, my loved one was not getting their proper meds at the correct times and Patrick didn’t seem to care. Management are caring. They treat residents with dignity and respect. The nurse owner is kind compassionate and available.

A wonderful well managed facility, built to supply dignity and respect to all residents. The level of care and sensitivity to residents is exemplary. Having been in the long-term healthcare business I have seen some incredibly poor conditions. Ruthaven has policies in place to avoid these conditions. Congratulations Durelle and your staff, my mother died with dignity and respect due to the care provided.
