Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr Chan is a blessing to have as my Rheumatologist. She actually listens and works with you on a plan that you are comfortable with.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Chan, and while it wasn't as fruitful as I would like in the sense of providing answers, I found Dr. Chan to be very forthright without being dismissive, and listened to me about symptoms that had previously been noted but not really investigated. As first impressions go, it was a positive one.
Genuinely a five star experience in the infusion suite. The staff was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really made me feel right at home! They got me in and out super quickly which is always a plus, but I was in love with all of the comforts offered! They had snacks and drinks available, plus the chairs had both heating and massage capabilities. The combination of everything allowed me to relax as much as possible while focusing on my health. Glad I have a new infusion home here!
My doctor was professional, engaging and listened to my issues and concerns. She made great recommendations and I was pleased w my visit.
