Ruth is a very good therapist. I highly recommend her
I have been seeing Ruth for well over 5+ years. She has helped me tremendously with my anxiety. Not only how to decrease it, but how to manage the sometimes randomness of the occurrences. I do not see her as often as I did in the beginning (which is a great thing) but If I need her assistance she makes every attempt to make herself available. Even if it's just a phone call. I appreciate the guidance she has given me and recommend her to anyone.
