My wife and I have really liked Ruth. Seeing her on here with some lower reviews is very strange and surprising when comparing to our own experiences. My wife has a severe pneumonia case and Ruth’s follow ups over the next few months really made her feel supported and cared for. I had some scares too that turned out to be nothing to worry about. She’s intelligent and quick to the point, but at the same time, my wife and I have always felt that she’s been kind, understanding and professional. We’ll continue to go back to her.
Horrible experience. She lied to me and didn’t care about my own personal experiences or needs. Beware for anyone who what’s to be heard!! She doesn’t care about any person as a whole. She is manipulative and deceitful. Only trying to make money off her patients. I was a patient of “common spirit” for over a decade. Because of her I sought primary care elsewhere.
Had one of the worst experiences ever with this practitioner. I am not sure what I even was seen for or what my follow up is. She sighed and huffed when I was telling her my symptoms, for the 3rd time in my visit. I am still waiting on my chart to be completed from my visit. Upon her leaving, she looked at my depression screening and laughed saying "Of course your depression isn't great right now." Completely unprofessional and overall a terrible experience.
