Very responsive, handled our claim smoothly and fairly.
I’m not happy this morning. Been with RuthMayer company since I moved here in the 90s. I’ve referred my brother, my kid and friends to you guys. The last few years my rates keep going up over $100 on three vehicles. I’m now 40 and my newest vehicle is 2012 and I have no accidents or tickets in years. Why is my rates keep going up? Was told three years in a row “distracted drivers” keeps taking my rates up. Well, time for a change in the insurance industry.
Always able to help and offer ways to save money. I transferred from a now retired agent and this group is vastly more effective.
