I have started going to this office and they are the kindest and most thorough team. The office is clean and always responsive. Dr. Ruth always talks to me like a real person and listens to my concerns and addresses them! Thank you!!

I had a terrible experience at Ruth Family Dental. I came in for a cleaning and a crown for my implant tooth (#31), but they mistakenly worked on the wrong tooth (#29), which already had a crown. I was charged $432.50 for a crown I didn’t need. Later, I prepaid $643 for the implant crown, but canceled it after seeing how unprofessional the office was. They never refunded me. I moved to Louisville eight years ago and I’ve never had a more friendly and professional dental experience. They even reach out to let you know that they have openings if you would like to move your appointment. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Ruth Dental.

My 94 year old mother had upper and lower dentures made here and they are the worst set she has ever had. She wasted her money and can't even wear them because they are so big. After 5 or 6 follow up appointments she has just given up and back wearing her worn out uppers and no lower dentures at all. The bottoms are still so big she has a hard time closing her mouth and gags her constantly. Their advise keep them in and get use to them. What a shame at her age to have to endure this.
