NPR, Ruth Dwyer, ALWAYS makes me feel heard. I KNOW she cares for and about me. When I have questions or concerns, she takes the time to listen, and she asks ME questions to get to the bottom of my health issues/concerns. HIGHLY recommend.
Ruth is extremely easy to talk to, and the entire staff are very friendly. I always feel like I am "being heard" during my appointments. Beyond that, even the staff in the lab, have the ability to bring a smile and make you feel warm.
