Dr. Montalvo goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome. She is phenomenal!!!
After calling and requesting lab results 5 times - leaving 4 messages- AND rescheduling MY PCP appointment, I finally give up. Although Dr. M is great, the communications system in place for lab results at this office is frustrating. “I’m forwarding to Dr. Montalvo.” Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. And today, “I’m notifying our office manager” and “We will call you back today.”
Dr. Montalvo is AMAZING. She listens to her patients and actually does her absolute best to get to the root of your problems. Her staff is amazing and very cordial. I referred my husband to her for care and he fell in love with her and the staff as well. All the staff are amazing however Reggie and Moriah are shinning stars in this practice.
