I’ve only seen her twice now. That being said, she’s shown that she truly cares about my health. Very professional and don’t rush you. I’ve suffered from back pain for over 10 years and she’s not afraid to actually touch your back to help figure out the issue. I see a pain Dr that typically don’t even do this. She’s checked things on me that most haven’t. Very impressed with her and can’t say enough good thing’s about her. Highly recommend.
She is so very kind. When I went to her I was in great pain, and she helped me lessen my pain to where it was tolerable with medication. I hope she will be my doctor for a very long time. She has a fantastic personality and makes you feel very comfortable.
Dr. Chan spent the time with me to explore my concerns, and has followed up with me, unsolicited, to confirm whether the treatment is beneficial and whether to try something else. Very conscientious.
Incredibly kind, generous, and competent. Ruth Chan has to be the best doctor I've ever had. She saw me back in 2016-2017 in Reno, NV. She was incredibly thorough, compassionate, and helpful. I was moving to Budapest for grad school, and she gave me a bunch of detailed paperwork explaining my undifferentiated connective tissue disease diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr. Chan. She and her assistant are very caring and responsive. She provides personal attention to your needs. She also takes special care to listen and follows up on your treatment.
