Ruth and Casey are professional and great at representing buyers and sellers. We recently sold our home in La Costa Valley. Both Ruth and Casey were outstanding in providing market info, coordinating repairs and making sure the buyers’ representative knew the status of the escrow. Truth be told, they deserved both commissions! We highly recommend the Broom Team in any real estate endeavor.

Ruth is an outstanding realtor. This was the first time selling a house on my own and Ruth was there every step of the way. She helped with the painting, repairs, decorating and explaining all the forms that needed to be signed. We had a few frustrating days but she always found a way to make me laugh.
