Ruth Ann Murphy fails to be a competent insurance agent. Please do not trust her to follow through on her promises to you. My husband and I believed she would preform her job and set us up with adequate insurance and Ruth Ann completely dropped the ball and left us hanging. The worse part about it is that she took absolutely no ownership of her HUGE mistakes- a real sign of poor personal integrity. We learned the hard way, Do NOT trust Ruth Ann to work for you. You will be disappointed.
