I've been so depressed following the outcome of my surgery. Dr Tessler was not there when I woke up from surgery, I was told she had to catch a flight for her vacation. I could not get help after because she was away. She prescribed pain medication for less than a week and I was calling her office crying in pain and they said she would not approve more medication and to take something over the counter. Horrible experience! Made an appt in Jan for my annual and the only available appointment was in April. Drove 78 miles 2hrs 45 min and was 16 mins late. They said they could not take me. I call the front desk they said they will squeeze me in. Waited 3 hrs and asked if they can tell me when I will be seen. I was told bc you were late you need to continue to wait. They could not give me an estimated time. Treated like trash from the staff. Spoke to multiple Staff and none of them were able to tell me anything. I left! Waste o... read more

I love Dr Tessler and her staff.. She did my surgery and I truly felt like was in the best care. She is straight forward and direct, but her knowledge gives me comfort! Her office staff is friendly and always a great experience. Highly recommended !
