Amazing customer service and help. Boris was the best, very helpful, polite, understanding and friendly.
Straight voicemail. They never answer the phones
This place should run efficiently since it’s a government office, but instead, they take forever to do their job. Most of the staff seem lazy, except for one person at the front desk who actually moves quickly and does her job well—unfortunately, I don’t remember her name. The rest don’t seem to care, and if they dislike their job that much, they should find something they’re actually passionate about. Just an amazing appointment today. We were seen on time and Ms. Heldiane was very pleasant and just wonderful with the care of my daughter.
These people are rude and unprofessional. They do not answer phone calls,ignores your text messages.Not willing to assist unless you're Spanish.They don't want to work.
