My experience so far has been amazing with (staff)Cristina and Jose (supervisor). They have worked so well through the years with me. I recommend a lot of people to their office. They make you feel received and treat you with respect and kindness.

This place should run efficiently since it’s a government office, but instead, they take forever to do their job. Most of the staff seem lazy, except for one person at the front desk who actually moves quickly and does her job well—unfortunately, I don’t remember her name. The rest don’t seem to care, and if they dislike their job that much, they should find something they’re actually passionate about.
