The bed was absolutely horrible. I am in so much pain and made it hard to sit thru the 2day- conference i was attending. Also the pillows were like air. Literally the bed and pillows should be top priority... considering thats why people stay over. Room 111--- maybe it was just that room. Really bummed The front desk was nice and helpful. Quiet place.

This is an easy to access, straightforward lodging. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were good enough, however I did note some minor cleanliness issues (I'm not very good at spotting things). Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and for the price, I'd definitely come here again.

I had to make a last minute trip to New Brunswick to visit family this past weekend, so I called RU Inn for availability. The individual on the phone stated that she was not sure if she could accommodate me without a reservation. She had to get authorization from a manager. She called me back to inform me that the manager would not allow me to book a room without a reservation. I do not see what the problem was, especially when they were not sold out.
