room was like a pretty standard hotel. but the bathtub faucet was broken in half and jagged and my partner cut their finger on it which kinda sucked. and the water did not get hot at all which was a huge bummer. i don’t get to stay in hotels very often so it feels pretty bad when i spend the money and can’t even take a shower
I absolutely love this place. Second time staying here. Everyone at the front desk is so so nice. It was only me and I came in from a long day at a convention to find all the pillows (previous night I took the pillows from the other bed onto the one I slept in) and the bed was made with all 4 pillows. It was so nice to come back after a day on my feet to a comfy cozy bed. Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and the students working behind the desk are CUTE too!!
Only stayed here for one night but had a very good experience. Clean room, friendly service from the front desk, location not far from a nice downtown area.
Rooms were small but they were nice and clean and the price was very reasonable
