Great place and set up for a fitness assessment. Staff is very knowledgeable and informative.
Learning a lot about fitness. A sustsinable approach to fitness and strength training has been eye opening and working! Morgan Murray and others are awesome!

Excellent place for doing all your assessments - staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming! I worked with Melvin and he went above and beyond explaining and demonstrating all the assessments and at the end went over the assessments. Would highly recommend this place!
