Didn't even help. My concerns as a neglected student were dismissed. No one at that center was eager to help me. The center is biased. They have strict limits on income, one day you might exceed by 9,000. It's horrible for the division of aids, as a person who has suffered mentally from damages done from school neither this helped me.

Woman at the desk was very disrespectful, uneducated, and at the very least needs to be more considerate with her tone with people who are going through legal problems
