Edit: 11/25- After a few months, I was given a bit of an easier route to get to my mom's dr. Who is great! They are absolutely the worst practice I've ever been to! Nobody answers the phones, they are rude and will never go back there again!
Short of it/ TL, DR: The doctors were kind in person—but once you leave the office, it's impossible to reach anyone. No follow-up. No referrals. No accountability. My elderly mother was treated with rudeness and disregard, and the system made her look noncompliant for things we couldn't control. After having technical issues logging in to a telehealth appointment, I was forced to reschedule. When attempting to, they tried to tell me I did not have technical issues. That they cannot get a better appointment because I did not log in. They lied and tried to make it seem like it was my fault. I will be changing doctors as soon as we get our results.
