They are absolutely the worst practice I've ever been to! Nobody answers the phones, they are rude and will never go back there again!
Short of it/ TL, DR: The doctors were kind in person—but once you leave the office, it's impossible to reach anyone. No follow-up. No referrals. No accountability. My elderly mother was treated with rudeness and disregard, and the system made her look noncompliant for things we couldn't control. Heartbreaking and avoidable. __________________ You can wait 3 to 9 months for an appointment at RWJ Neurology—and once you're finally seen, you might feel hopeful. After having technical issues logging in to a telehealth appointment, I was forced to reschedule. When attempting to, they tried to tell me I did not have technical issues. That they cannot get a better appointment because I did not log in. They lied and tried to make it seem like it was my fault. I will be changing doctors as soon as we get our results.
