The Department of Neurological Surgery at Rutgers & RWJBarnabas Health provides excellent care. Dr. Khanna, Bernadetta, Christine and the rest of the staff at the Somerset location that I visit are terrific. They are highly skilled professionals, compassionate, caring and responsive.
Very professional staff and so friendly . They are easy to talk to and they help you the best way they can . Really enjoyed my experience with them .
Edit: 11/25- After a few months, I was given a bit of an easier route to get to my mom's dr. Who is great! It just took a YEAR, if not more, to find this way around after calling the emergency number dozens of times with no answer. 🤦🏻♀️ Short of it/ TL, DR: The doctors were very good- in person. *They listened and made us feel like we mattered and took us very seriously*. ■■BUT once you leave the office, it's impossible to reach anyone.■■ No follow-up. They are absolutely the worst practice I've ever been to! Nobody answers the phones, they are rude and will never go back there again!
