The staff that answers the calls for appointments is disgusting, not at all professional, very rude, talkative and with an attitude. Every time I call to make an appointment, she talks to me in a stupid way. They should change the staff to one that treats customers well, with respect, kindness and professionalism.
One of the worst clinics I have ever been to. Be prepared that if your appointment is scheduled for a certain time, you will only get in after an hour and a half. The clinic staff is extremely slow, I watched how they work – they just walk back and forth. Even if you tell them you’ve been waiting for half an hour in a closed room, where they just left you and forgot, they simply say, ‘Then leave if you don’t like it.’ I have never encountered such an attitude before in my life!
