2 hours waiting. My appointment was at 10 and I had to wait 2 hours while the nurses were roaming the clinic like the patients weren't even there. Bad clinic, they don't care about the patients. I'll be looking for another clinic that gives better service since this one doesn't show enough responsibility. Lab work ladies the worst ever experience. I took my mother for blood work and one of the lady left. The other one was just chatting with other people and going back and forward scratching her head. No respect for the patient ms at all. Not professional.
I’ve been going to the dental department at Eric B. Chandler Health Center for years, and overall the care has been solid. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and I’ve never had issues with the quality of dental work. It’s a place I’ve trusted for a long time. However, my experience at the Church Street location was disappointing. I received care here throughout my pregnancy and postpartum period. Unfortunately, I am absolutely appalled by the lack of compassion and administrative competence here, especially for vulnerable postpartum mothers. My worst experience was with Nurse Nordia. I urgently needed short-term disability paperwork filled out so my mother could extend her leave to be my postpartum caregiver. Nurse Nordia failed to process it. Awful. 1+ hr wait time, when I got attended they didn’t even take the time to properly weigh and measure me. Took forever to print my papers. Awful experience would never come again
