2 hours waiting. My appointment was at 10 and I had to wait 2 hours while the nurses were roaming the clinic like the patients weren't even there. Bad clinic, they don't care about the patients. I'll be looking for another clinic that gives better service since this one doesn't show enough responsibility. The nurse Jacqueline that was supposed to attend me took her time and didn't attend me for hours so I decided to leave, I hope that people view this comment and come forward and talk about the bad service of this clinic so ... read more

Lab work ladies the worst ever experience. I took my mother for blood work and one of the lady left. The other one was just chatting with other people and going back and forward scratching her head. No respect for the patient ms at all. Not professional.

I’ve been going to the dental department at Eric B. Chandler Health Center for years, and overall the care has been solid. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and I’ve never had issues with the quality of dental work. It’s a place I’ve trusted for a long time. However, my experience at the Church Street location was disappointing. My appointment was scheduled during their lunch hour, without consideration for the fact that patients are paying for metered parking. I received care here throughout my pregnancy and postpartum period. Unfortunately, I am absolutely appalled by the lack of compassion and administrative competence here, especially for vulnerable postpartum mothers. My worst experience was with Nurse Nordia. I urgently needed short-term disability paperwork filled out so my mother could extend her leave to be my postpartum caregiver. Nurse Nordia failed to process it. Mae Jones a "community health coordinator". Cost me to lose my lawyer and the case i was fighting to get my car back. Her supervisor was made aware, i was supposed to meet with her supervisor to talk about it i had an appointment, but the supervisor was nowhere to be found for 2 hours. I came to this place for help, and they made it worse and cant even treat me with decency afterward. Mae crossed a line and knows full well she did it to a defenseless person.
