Went with Rutgers Landscape Design because we had great luck with Rutgers Nursery. Did a great job meeting with us and discussing options, even went so far as to help us pick out stone from another vendor. At the point of sale they were completely unable to negotiate on price, letting us mull it over. I got a couple more bids and without any follow up from Rutgers we went with a bid twice as high (not exaggerating).
