My husband and I stopped into the nursery yesterday to purchase bulk planting soil and mulch. It was delivered this morning. The products were separated as we specified. Kevin, the driver was excellent! He unloaded the mulch onto a tarp that we placed on the parking apron and then moved the truck to where my husband directed to unload the planting soil to a side yard. TomNJ Working with Rutgers this year was a miserable and frustrating experience. Customer service is poor at best. I did not receive important communications. there was poor communication between the salesperson and the installer. There was little or no proper supervision of the plant installations. They had to come back to fix low voltage wires they cut, despite the fact that I told them to check the lights before I left. They left my front walk a mess and they had to come back to clean it. Not a happy experience Plants arrived were not the ones I tagged. Had some other issues as well. But the nursery tried to resove them. Overall it was a so so experience. Let us see how well the plants will grow...

RecommendedCustomer service was ok. The replacements plants were planted and more to be planted in spring. Hoping the planted stuff survives.
Initial work is ok the project manager should be an expert on plants should know how to plant the stuff with good spacing and location All our shrubs are on top of each other. Lot of the shrubs died and very weak. Knowing the area has deer the plants should have been planted likewise but most of them got eaten. We spent so much money but the outcome is not satisfactory. Customer service is very poor we have to constantly follow up for replacements and response is very bad.
What a beautiful center, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable! This was my first of many visits to this center!
