My wife and I have used Rutgers fence two times in the past couple of years and could not be happier. Bob, Liz and the entire crew were nothing but a pleasant and professional. Id recommend them highly.
We had a vinyl fence installed and it's beautiful. The crew was quick and clean as well as considerate and friendly. When we got the estimate my husband made an error and didn't include the back wall! When they arrived that AM they checked the job and measurements, found OUR mistake and was able to install and complete on time. Cost was below other estimates and the job was well done! Would recommend!
Rutgers Fence was a great company to work with. They were flexible with time and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I have a small dog and they gave great suggestions on which fence would be best to prevent any escapes. The install crew was quick, curteous and neat. Their prices were competitive for the area. I have used Rutgers fence two times and I have had nothing but a pleasant and professional experience with this company. From the start with office staff to the end of the job.I recommend them highly. When I had a problem with weather damaging my fence they came out and fixed my fence as needed.
The new vinyl fence installed by Rutgers Fence Co. is perfect! The installation was great, completed on time. The installers were professional and neat. This is the second time we used this fence company and would highly recommend them.
Their fence work was inferior. After 1 month of installation: 1)The gate couldn't open/close smoothly. 2)Some posts were leaning because the fence was wobbly. Within the warranty period, they finally came to repair: 1) remove one wooden piece to make the gate narrower so that it can be closed. Of course there's a big gap. 2) Push the wobbly fence so that the posts seem to be straight.
