Overcharged me!!!
This customer service was abysmal. Reserved a U Haul. No one was on site to find keys that were not put in proper place. No one would answer phones. U Haul corporate was unable to contact any employee via cell phone. I will never use and will actively tell others not to use this horrible place. I expect their other services are as poor. Avoid this place at all costs.
I pulled my Mercedes in their store for checking my right rear tire, because that tire has been leaking air for 2 days. And they can not find out any issues, but still charged me 15$. No credit card, only cash. No 20 bill cuz they do not have 5 bill to give me the change. Unorganized, unprofessional !
