Needed a new kayak rack for my Subaru Outback, the options are very narrow. They worked with me to ensure I had everything necessary, including those from an incoming shipment. Kept me informed of delivery and set an appointment for installation. Carefully informed me of little nuances to the system, and efficiently installed. Very happy!
Customer service was great about answering my questions. Had the kayak I was interested in brought from the warehouse and ready for me to check out when I came in.

I enjoyed it for the most part, but then I got the most disgusting phone call from the "vacation giveaway" that I entered. It was a hard sell Florida (most likely timeshare) and cruise thing. Disgusting. Shame on what I now call Cornacopia. Disgraceful. I
