I would not recommend this Dr. and her office staff. Overall, they are pretty useless and you will need to see her/her staff at least 4-6 times to get anything accomplished. I switched over to a different PCP within AHN and couldn't be happier. Would strongly recommend staying away.

Dr Ruta Marfatia always is running on time . She definitely gives you the time needed to go over any concerns you may have about your prescriptions and heath care needs
This might be one of the worst doctors in family medicine. The interaction that she had with my wife during an extremely routine appointment turned into a nightmare. This has been the 3rd instance that she has left in tears after her appointment. While others in the practice seem warm, this is a stark contrast from what care Dr. Marfatia provided. I strongly recommend finding another family care doctor.
