Very rude! Bad customer service! Find someone with more positive vibes. I called the salon to make a appointment, Ruta txt me back directly on my phone, saying that she is not taking Groupon voucher (that was not expired till end of April) . She told me that she is not longer working with Groupon. I told Ruta that I want to pay out of my pocket and if she can give .e some discount (since I already purchased Geoupon voucher earlier). Ruta was my esthetician and she was absolutely amazing. It was my first time there and I couldn’t be happier. She did dermaplaning and microdermabrasion along with extractions, and my skin looks great — smooth, clean, and glowing. We talked a lot during the appointment, which made me feel very comfortable. Ruta is such a warm, kind, and welcoming person. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her!
