I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the experience my colleagues and I had at your restaurant recently. We are in town for work and chose your establishment based on several high recommendations regarding your food and service. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to those expectations. Good pizza, I’ve been buying pizza @ Rustys for over 39 years—eating it 4 to 6 times a month—and everything has always gone smoothly. They have their occasional slip-ups, and I’ve always been understanding about them; however, today I placed an order and paid online specifically so I wouldn't have to carry cash. When I arrived, I asked for two ranch packets for my two pizzas, and the employee tried to charge me for them.
