Please READ the screenshots!! This review (Negative) is for a set of Flow Daddy headers that I purchased for my 2008 Jeep JK. I’m adding screenshots of the communication I had with Rusty’s customer service detailing the issue and their response. There was no resolution from Rusty’s. I also added a picture of the bolt in question. Note: I had to cut a little less than 1/4 inch off to get the bolt to go in. I will never purchase from again or recommend to anyone in the future.
I got charged $16 in shipping for a $12 bolt. Tried to cancel over the weekend, but they said you have to call in person, but there is nowhere to leave a message. I even sent a fax and the customer service rep said they don’t do faxes. If they don’t do faxes, then why list a fax number?
Products and packaging are second to none! Impressed with material used and overall quality. You will not be disappointed ordering from this company. Their customer service was great and replied immediately during business hours.
Ordered rear control arms for a 5.5 inch lift. I have a 5.5 inch lift. The lowers were scratch and dent. Items came in a timely manner but were too short. I requested a return and an exception to the scratch and dent ‘all sales final’. Had I known they wouldn’t fit I wouldn’t have bought them and this is due to the actual length not being listed on the product description. I bought a radius arm lift kit and it was one of the best things that I could have bought haven't had no problems with it. And very happy with how it performs
