don't honor warranty, rude customer service. bought 2 SOA "designed" leaf springs advertised to resist axle wrap, 2 trail rides in they were z shaped and about to snap. The cheap stock crown leafs held up 20x longer than these and were a fraction of the price. I'll take my money elsewhere.
I love their products, it's very good quality and some of the stuff I've seen Rusty's products hold up to is insane. I specifically got the long arm upgrade kit with a 5.5-in lift for my ZJ. All the welds are amazing, The paint/ powdercoat is flawless. I had a slight issue for not receiving one of the parts but it was dealt with pretty quickly. 3 1/4in plus series lift kit. Would like to say first and foremost, the customer service was excellent and answered all my technical questions i needed to know before purchasing from them. 5 stars in the customer department. 2nd, which would be the springs. 4.5 stars. The quality looks great but they seem just a tad bit on the softer side (which can be a good thing in certain situations). They feel great on the road and will be testing them off road really soon. ** EDIT ** - I’ll reach out tomorrow. The passenger slider is squeaking like crazy with any movement of the Jeep, it’s torqued to the correct specs. I’m assuming it’s because either the sliders are warped or my Jeep is not in the same alignment used to design the sliders. The sliders were installed with the help of a shop. Unfortunately, since these were a BYOSliders, no warranty. I did reach out in the tire carrier. It went in and off maybe 6 times to get it within 1/32” for the gap between the gate and the tub and aligned ... read more
