Terrible customer service!!! I ordered the wrong part and tried calling and emailing them for 3 days straight. I never got a call back, non of my emails answered. They still sent the package and now I can’t return them because I still haven’t heard back from them. Incredibly dissatisfied with this company.
Jeep JL 2018 standard brakes hose kit which is almost impossible to get from dealership was available at Rusty's. Fast / Free shipping. Perfect fit better than OEM + they are SS. Could not find correct lines any where else. Will continue to do business with them. Thanks
2020 Jeep Wrangler wheel caught fire from failed brake hose. The part needed for my specific car is on national back order and all after market parts as well. Jeep dealer couldn’t do anything. Rusty’s was my last hope, sent them email after purchasing and they sent the beautiful brake hoses within 2 days! Installed seamlessly and back on the road. Thank you!!
Didn’t receive the correct part I ordered (sway bar end links). Was told that the part I received was the same as what was pictured which is rather insulting as it clearly isn’t with them being different colors. Then when I asked if I could return it and receive the correct item, I was told they do not have it. The part also arrived damaged with paint chips along the link. Which means I can’t return it since it is damaged and it has been more than 14 days since delivery. Even though it took them 2 whole weeks just to get it ... read more
Good product and customer service. Bought their sway bar discos for my XJ and they are heavy duty. Install instructions are straightforward and to the point. I messed up one of the bushings and they were able to send me another one to get my project wrapped up. Made in USA too!
