I had to figure out that they are in Clearwater and not Vancouver first! Then I sent 2 stones. One for polishing and one for recutting. They had to be done with a quick turnaround. Ken was amazing and made every effort to accommodate my short timeframe. I got the stones back today and just want to let you know how amazing they are. Beautiful work cutting some custom jade for me-- very reasonably priced and done very quickly. Sure, Ken was no frills with his customer service but I didn't need any hand holding. From initial drop-in to consult what I needed done and picking up the final design, each meeting was quick and efficient.
I have worked with Ken for years, has always given great service and is exceptional at what he does!
